If you receive an item from Sharab Shrubs that is damaged, please contact us at orders@sharabshrubs.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Please provide a photo and explanation of the damage. Sharab Shrubs will be happy to either refund or replace your item at no charge.

 

 If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at orders@sharabshrubs.com so we can either send you a replacement or refund your purchase.

 

• If you prefer a refund, Sharab Shrubs will issue a refund (minus shipping charges) within 7 business days of receipt. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

• If you have goods to return, we will send you a return label.

• If you prefer to exchange your item, please let us know and we will send a return label to you via email, and then ship the requested item.
