Alcoholic
Radler
Simply add 1/2 to 1oz of any Sharab Shrub to your beer for a refreshing take on a radler (our personal favorite is Bauhaus Wonderstuff)


Daiquiri
1 1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 oz Sharab Shrubs Strawberry Shrub
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, then strain.
Garnish with a mint or basil leaf if desired.
Dirty Rosey
3 oz of your favorite gin or vodka
1/2 oz Sharab Shrubs Apple Rosemary Shrub
Combine all ingredients in glass and stir until thoroughly chilled. Strain, then add a small sprig of rosemary for garnish.


Pearloma
2 oz reposado tequlia
1/3 oz Sharab Shrubs Asian Pear Ginger Cinnamon Shrub
1/4 oz pear liqueur
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into a glass with ice.
Top with pear cider (reposado aged if you are able to), a pinch of salt, and blackstrap bitters.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dried pear.
Saturday Afternoon
2 oz white rum
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz Sharab Shrubs Asian Pear Ginger Cinnamon Shrub
1/4 oz pear liqueur
1/4 oz molasses or buckwheat honey (can substitute with 1/3 oz agave if needed)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into a glass with ice.
Top with blackstrap bitters and lemon slices.


Mojito
2 strawberries
6 mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Muddle in a glass, then add:
2 oz white rum
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Sharab Shrubs Strawberry Shrub
Top with soda water and bitters.
Garnish with fresh mint and strawberries.
Highball
1 1/2 oz of whichever spirit you'd like
3/4 oz of any Sharab Shrubs
3 to 4 oz of soda water
Combine ingredients in a glass with ice, and lightly stir.


Sour
1 1/2 oz of whichever spirit you'd like
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz of any Sharab Shrubs
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake then strain into a glass with ice.
Garnish with bitters
Apple Of My Rye
1oz rye whiskey
1/2oz lemon juice
1/4oz simple syrup
1/2oz Sharab Shrubs Apple Rosemary Shrub
1/3oz apple liqueur
2 cloves
1/2 sprig of rosemary
Egg White
Combine all ingredients in a shaker (including egg white) without ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Add ice. Shake for an additional 10 seconds. Strain, top with blackstrap bitters and fresh rosemary


Berry Patch
1 ½ oz. gin
¾ oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz Sharab Shrubs Strawberry Shrub
1 egg white
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake without ice for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass. Top with lime zest
Restrained Elegance
1 1/2oz blanco tequila
3/4oz Sharab Shrubs Strawberry Shrub
2 drops salt solution ( or a dash of salt)
2 oz soda water
Add all ingredients in a glass with or without ice and top with a lime wedge


You're Kitten Me
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz Sharab Shrubs Apple Rosemary Shrub
1/3 oz Apple liqueur ( like Tattersall Freewheeler Pommeau)
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake, strain into an ice filled glass.
Top with 2 oz soda water
Shrub & Soda
1oz of any Sharab Shrub to 6 to 8oz of soda water



The Wanderer
- 1 1/2 oz Rye Gin
-1/2 oz Strawberry Shrub
- 1/4 oz Licor 43
- 1/4 oz Lemon juice
- Shake, strain into an ice filled lowball and top with 1 1/2oz of ginger beer.


East 75
- 1 oz Cognac
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Asian Pear Ginger Cinnamon Shrub
- 1/4 oz pear liqueur
Shake, strain into wine glass and top with 3 to 4 oz of sparkling wine
Jerry Seinfeld
(What's the dill with that?)
- 1 1/2 oz of Gin
- 1/2 oz Strawberry Shrub
- 1/3 oz lemon juice
- 1/3 oz dill simple syrup*
- Shake, strain into a collins glass and top with soda water.
*Dill Simple Syrup: Take 1 cup of water and 1 cup of cane sugar and place in saucepan. Heat over medium heat until all the sugar has dissolved. Then add 3 to 4 sprigs of dill and steep for 5 min. Take out the dill and remove product from heat. Bottle and refrigerate after cooled.


Shrubbles
Simply add 1/3 to 1/2 oz of any Sharab Shrub to your sparkling wine for a simple and light cocktail.

Shrub Collins
- 1 3/4 oz Gin
- 1/2oz Asian Pear Ginger Cinnamon Shrub
- 1/3 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- Shake, strain into a collins glass and top with soda water
Apple Rosemary Toddy
-1 oz bourbon
-1/2 oz Apple Rosemary Shrub
-1 tsp honey
-3 black peppercorns
-1 sprig of rosemary
- squeeze of 1 lemon wedge
- 4 oz of hot water
Take the peppercorns, rosemary and honey and saute then for a minute or so. Add the shrub, water and bourbon. Warm and then add a squeeze of lemon to finish. (You can add apple juice and/or spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, clove if you'd like as well


Asian Pear Toddy
-2 oz bourbon
-1/2 oz Asian Pear Shrub
-1 clove
-pinch of cinnamon
-squeeze of 1 lemon wedge
-pinch of fresh chopped ginger
-1 tsp honey
-4 oz of water
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and warm over the stove. Place warmed beverage in your favorite coffee cup!
The Problem Solver
-1 1/4 oz Rye gin
- 1/4 oz Asian Pear Ginger Cinnamon shrub
- 1/4 oz Cocchi di Torrino vermouth
- 1/2 oz Salers Aperitif
-Combine ingredients and stir. Strain into a coupe glass and top with 1 drop of salt tincture and 1 drop of lemon bitters.


Strawberry Fields Forever
-
- 1 1/2 oz cucumber vodka
- 2/3oz strawberry shrub
Top with sparkling lemonade and a mint sprig
Sharab Bootlegger
- 2oz Tattersall Bootlegger
- 1/2oz strawberry shrub
Shake, strain into an ice filled glass and top with soda water.


Apple Julep
-
- 2oz bourbon
- 1/3oz apple rosemary shrub
- 1/3oz simple syrup or rosemary simple syrup
Add ingredients into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top with a rosemary sprig and apple slice.
Smooth Criminal
- 2oz of your favorite bourbon or rye
- 1/3oz asian pear shrub
- 1/8oz pure maple syrup
- 1/8oz tattersall orange crema
Combine in glass, stir, add ice. Garnish with an orange swath


Muletide Offerings

-- 1 1/2oz mezcal
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 2/3oz asian pear shrub
- 1/3 oz ginger syrup
Combine in shaker, shake and strain into glass. Top with soda and a cinnamon stick
No James, I want my drink stirred!
- 2oz roku gin
-1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1/3 oz plum shrub
- Pinch of salt
Combine and stir. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon rip


Plum Ginger Margarita
-
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz plum shrub
- 1/4 oz agave
- Fresh ginger ( to taste)
Combine in shaker, shake and strain into a ice filled glass. Top with candied ginger and a lemon peel
Something of a spritz nature
- 1 1/2 oz blanc vermouth
- 1/2 oz plum shrub
- 1/4 oz licor 43
- Pinch of salt
Combine into an ice filled glass and top with soda water and a basil leaf

- 1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
